The third Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bajracharya Club was successfully held on 2076 Kartik 2 at Dwarika Chhen (World Heritage Hotel & Apartment) in Pyafal, Kathmandu. The event commenced with an inauguration by Chief Guest Mr. Pabitra Bajracharya, followed by the Nepali National Anthem and a welcome speech by Vice President Mr. Sarju Bajracharya. Key presentations included the FY 2075/2076 activities report by General Secretary Dr. Manish Ratna Bajracharya and Joint Treasurer Ms. Shristi Bajracharya, who also presented the official Account Audit Report.

A new 11-member executive committee was formed for FY 2076/2077 and 2077/2078 in compliance with the club's bylaws. The newly elected leadership includes President Mr. Jyoti Bajracharya, Vice President Mr. Sarju Bajracharya, General Secretary Mr. Srijan Bajracharya, Secretary Mr. Minesh Bajracharya, Treasurer Gyan Ratna Bajracharya, and Joint Treasurer Ms. Anju Bajracharya. The executive members are Mr. Monish Mananda, Mr. Sajan Lal, Ms. Karisma, Ms. Renuka, and Mr. Albert Bajracharya.

The assembly featured prominent addresses from Ex-Founder President Mr. Shailendra Man Bajracharya and Immediate Past President Mr. Sujan Bajracharya. Guest remarks were delivered by Chief Guest Mr. Pabitra Bajracharya, Mr. Yagya Man Pati Bajracharya (Chairman of Dharmodaya Sabha), Mr. Biju Bajracharya (Lions Club), and Ms. Dibya Laxmi Bajracharya (Nepal's first Soil Scientist). Following the honoring of guests, the program concluded with a closing speech by President Mr. Jyoti Bajracharya and a traditional Newari Samaybazi feast.
