The first Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bajracharya Club was successfully held on 2074 Ashwin 28 at Dharahara Food Land Cafe, Sundhara, Kathmandu. Adhering to the Nepal Fiscal Year cycle, this inaugural meeting marked the official commencement of the club's formal operations and governance.

During this session, a new 11-member executive committee was elected to lead the organization. The committee is headed by President Jyoti Bajracharya, alongside Vice President Sarju Bajracharya, General Secretary Manish Ratna Bajracharya, Secretary Srijan Bajracharya, Treasurer Aakasha Bajracharya, and Joint Treasurer Sumit Bajracharya. The team is completed by executive members Monish Mananda, Minesh, Saraswoti, Anjana, and Priya Bajracharya.
