Since its establishment, club has been providing volunteering services such as laying carpet, helping with water distribution, queue management, establishing information desk etc to support De Achaguthi run smoothly. The convention lasts for two days - First day on Swoyambhu premises and the next day on the respective mahavihar. Since past few years the second day event is being organized at Basantapur Hanumandhoka palace. This is probably the first organization of the country which has been continuing in the country from ancient time. Although De Achagu used to be national assembly of Bajracharyas representative from nationwide where different agendas were discussed and made a consensus on several major issues related to rituals, traditions and philoshophy. But now it is limited to gathering of Bajracharyas of Kathmandu only. However, there are different cultural and rituals performances being conducted till date.
